Integrated Fuel Services is now offering a range of self-bunded fuel tanks to the transport industry, available in a range of capacities up to 105,000 litres.

The self-bunded tanks are a stand-alone fuel storage and dispensing unit that offer the convenience of on-site fuelling, avoiding the need to send vehicles to fuel stations, and gives complete control of the monitoring and dispensing of fuel to the transport operator.

The fuel is available and purchased at the ‘right’ price rather than individual drivers being at the mercy of availability and fluctuating fuel costs at the bowser.

Operators can monitor fuel usage and costs of each vehicle more effectively with a self-bunded tank than with off-site purchasing, eliminating situations that can arise if station bowsers are not calibrated correctly, unnecessarily adding to increasing fuel costs, as there are very few, if any, business operators who would be happy to spend more than they have to on fuel.

Self-bunded tanks start at 1000 litres and go as high as 105,000 litres, although most tanks are 10, 28 or 65,000 litres, which due to the many safety, security and environmental features, can be utilized in a variety of places from jetties to mine sites and remote towns.

In addition to the sale and hire of storage tanks, IFS provides a range of services including tanker repairs and maintenance, testing and certification services, Liquip parts, sales and service, meter calibrations, aviation repairs and maintenance, fuel management systems, fuel bowser installations repairs and maintenance
